Privacy

When you register for The Vanguard we store your name, email, phone (WhatsApp), sex, occupation, location and any message you send. When you send an enquiry we store your name, email, optional phone and organisation, and your message.

We use these details to manage your membership: confirming payments, giving you access to Vanguard sessions, registering your email with Zoom for each session you are eligible for, sending membership and session messages, and issuing your Membership Card. Payment records are kept as a permanent financial history.

Your details are visible only to you and to authorised Master Life Talks staff. Event check-in staff see only your name, member number and whether your membership is active. We do not publish a member directory and we do not sell your details.

Your email address is shared with Zoom to register you for sessions. Sign-in emails are sent by our hosting provider.

To correct your details, sign in to your member portal. For any other request, contact masterlifetalks@gmail.com.
